BiolWine is the last born in the family of Biol, and was created to give space and visibility for organic wine of quality. Promoted by ICEA and C.I.bi. and organized by BiolItalia, BiolWine aims to promote knowledge and consumption of organic wine and to provide advice and technical support to producers.
The second Biolwine review was held with great success at Sana 2012 in Bologna, recording sold out within four days of the exhibition of “Natural living”, thanks to 600 tickets sold for guided tastings. The wine review, stand set up in the collective area Biolitalia Icea, has represented a showcase for 26 Italian companies that participated with 62 labels destined to guided tastings for the public, with the technical and scientific coordination of experts from ONAV – National Organization of Wine Tasters. BiolWine is also a disciplinary edited by ICEA, according to the last Regulation Committee on the subject.
The Biolwine also includes recognitions. During the second review, those of popular opinion, based on forms filled by the public, went to three wines: the “White Greek” produced by Keper company of Vicenza; Merlot red “Vigna Ghilotto Doc – Colli Iberians ” produced by Elvira company ; the” Federico Red Wine ” produced by Celti Centurioni from Bagnacavallo (Ravenna)
